7+ years delivering technology programs across IT and BPO — currently Senior Associate, Bengaluru. I manage the teams that ship AI, data and cloud systems.

Coordination alone is getting automated. So I'm becoming someone who can both run the program and build the system — a 26-week hands-on sprint: Python, APIs, AWS, then a production-grade RAG system with real evaluation. This site is the public log.
